Hospitality Desk

Guests are greeted by a team of hosts and hostesses at the Hospitality Desk, located prominently inside Babalou, near the Mass entrance hall. The Desk is laden with sweeties, fruit and other sensory experiences, together with maps, information and catalogs. Hostesses wear green sashes and are available at any time to answer your questions. They have runners to find any help required. Vivien is the Mother Hen at the Desk. The Desk sells raffle tickets & produces the prize list after the draw at 1am. It is the Information Hubub of the Ball, where the Fantasy Tour Operators are located, and the location for lost property, first aid, a message board, condom supplies, and costume first aid. Sofas and soft seating surround the desk, for people who want to take time to rest before venturing around the venue, and there is a bar nearby.
